Sales Account Manager Spain & Latin America
Swim Essentials is growing rapidly across Europe and is now ready to expand into Spanish-speaking markets, including Spain and Latin America. That’s why we’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager Spain & Latin America with a strong focus on acquiring new clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building our customer base in these regions and establishing long-lasting client relationships.
Your Role
As Account Manager Spain & Latin America, you will focus on actively acquiring new B2B clients, particularly within retail, e-commerce, and distribution. You spot opportunities in the market, open doors, and help grow the Swim Essentials brand in Spanish-speaking countries.
Your responsibilities include:
- Actively generating new business in Spain and Latin America
- Researching market opportunities and customer needs
- Developing and executing a commercial acquisition strategy
- Pitching the Swim Essentials brand to potential clients
- Negotiating prices, margins, and partnership terms
- Collaborating closely with internal teams (sales support, marketing, logistics)
- Representing the brand at international and regional trade shows
- Building a solid client portfolio with a focus on growth
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in international B2B sales, preferably in Spain or Latin America
- Has a proven track record in acquiring new clients
- Speaks fluent Spanish and English (Dutch is a plus)
- Has strong commercial instincts and a true “hunter” mentality
- Has an affinity for lifestyle, retail, or consumer products
- Works independently and thrives on building relationships from the ground up
