Sales Account Manager United Kingdom
Swim Essentials is expanding rapidly across Europe and is now ready to strengthen its presence in the United Kingdom. We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager UK with a strong focus on acquiring new business. In this role, you'll be responsible for growing our customer base in the UK and building strong, long-term client relationships.
Your Role
As Account Manager UK, you’ll be responsible for actively acquiring new B2B clients, particularly within retail, e-commerce, and distribution. You identify market opportunities, open doors, and help grow the Swim Essentials brand in the UK.
Your responsibilities include:
- Proactively generating new business in the UK
- Identifying market trends and customer potential
- Developing and executing a commercial strategy for customer acquisition
- Pitching the Swim Essentials brand to potential partners
- Collaborating closely with internal teams (sales support, marketing, logistics)
- Representing the brand at UK and international trade shows
- Building a strong and scalable client portfolio with a focus on long-term growth
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in international B2B sales, preferably in the UK-market
- Has a proven trackrecord in acquiring new clients
- Speaks fluent English (Dutch is a plus)
- Has a sharp commercial mindset and a true “hunter” mentality
- Has an affinity with lifestyle, retail, or consumer products
- Works independently and enjoys building client relationships from scratch
