Are you someone who can lead the sales team but also wants to be in the operations and do sales yourself? We are looking for a top seller who wants to be responsible for the international growth and expansion of our brand and products in Europe (and outside Europe).
Our preference is someone that can lead the sales team by asking the right questions, checking follow ups, and supports the other sales team members. Besides this you have your own projects to grow the business.
Who are we?
Swim Essentials is part of The Essentials. Our core business is making unique pool inflatables, swimwear and accessories. We work together with major European retailers, but also with many small and medium-sized companies in and outside Europe. The goal is to make our beautiful brand and products available to everyone.
We are looking for someone that fits the boxes:
- Language(s): You speak Fluently English. Any other language besides English is an advantage.
- Hands on.
- Sales. Loves to do sales.
- Organizes. Keeps the team on track with the right priorities.
- Leads. Will bring the sales team and the sales organization to the next level.
The job and responsibilities:
- Organize the sales meetings and check-ins to professionalize the sales team.
- Optimize sales workflows such as making proposals, daily follow ups and meetings.
- Sets KPI’s and sets goals for the organization.
- Creates strategy for new business and growth.
- Own sales projects. Does sales on specific region / country.
